- When a masculine form, such as "Client," is used in the formulation of these GTC, it is intended to cover people of all genders.
LIABILITY FOR CONTENT

- A decent contractual fine that will be decided by the brandPreneurs & brandFluencers according to equitable considerations, taking into account the type, duration, and seriousness of the breach of Contract, shall be deemed forfeited for any violation of the provisions mentioned above, in particular the disclosure of the training materials of the brandPreneurs & brandFluencers website to unauthorized third parties or the making thereof accessible.
- Upon demand, the contractual fine is immediately due and payable. The appropriateness of the contractual penalty amount may be contested in court in case of a disagreement.
